    The prices are for the materials only. They do not include any labour costs. Our kit homes and granny flats are designed to be easily assembled by an owner built or for the owner to project manage and source their own contractors.

  • Do the kit homes and granny flats come fully assembled?

    No. Our kit homes and granny flats are pre fabricated in our factory and shipped out in a flat pack to be assembled. All of our wall frames and roof trusses come delivered pre-assembled and ready to stand.

  • What is included in the price?
